Attny. Hansa Hersek has extensive experience in Data Protection Law, Commercial/E-Commerce Law, Contracts Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law. She is a legal expert at SRP-Legal Law Office, specializing in Commercial/E-Commerce, Data Protection/Privacy, IT Law, and Contract Law. With extensive experience across various sectors, including financial services, technology, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and retail. Hansa provides legal consultancy to companies, focusing on compliance with regulatory frameworks and data protection legislations, international collaborations, and partnerships. Additionally, she has experience in private law, criminal law, administrative law, and tax law.

Hansa holds a CIPP/E Certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a leading organization in data protection certification in Europe. She is also certified as ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Lead Auditor and ISO 27701 Personal Data and Privacy Management System Lead Auditor. Furthermore, she is a registered lawyer and mediator at Istanbul Bar Association and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
